How long have you been playing drums?
I have been playing the drums for over 31 years.
Professional Experience:
I have been in a ton of bands, I studied in Marching Band for 10 years, held performances in classical orchestra in California while attending California State University Northridge for music.
Accomplishments:
Matthew Nos has spent most of his natural life playing drums. He attended California State University of Northridge where he majored in music for 2 years in the senior orchestra, then moved on to playing in music groups full time. Prior to college he was in drum core for 8 years as well as touring with a competitive college jazz band around southern California. In his High School years, he was a member of the official Universal Studios Hollywood CityWalk band playing jazz, rock, and classical music, as well as playing part time at Disneyland in Anaheim, CA. Today he is a part of several rock groups around town playing covers and original music. Matthew is a family oriented individual who can teach students at all levels of drum set. He has taught many people throughout his lifespan and continues to deliver results to students through adaptation, patience and understanding.
