How long have you been playing guitar and piano?
I’ve been playing electric guitar for 15 years, classical guitar for 7 years, and piano for over 4 years.
Professional Experience
I teach fun, knowledgeable and insightful lessons! For electric guitar I can teach all skill levels, classical guitar beginner to intermediate, piano beginner to intermediate, and music theory I teach all skill levels and song-writing. I specialize in metal, rock, classical, and flamenco but I can teach all styles.
Modern Music: I have been performing and recording with local metal band Brutalody since 2013. Before that, I performed with many local bands in northern California.
Classical Music: On the classical end, I have performed multiple solo piano and classical guitar concerts as well as choir performances at UNT. I am currently a senior at the University of North Texas in Music Theory and Composition.
Accomplishments
- Award in Music Composition in 2015 from Collin College.
- Award in Music Theory in 2015 from Collin College.
- Performances of multiple compositions for various ensembles and media.
- Performances of music composed for many theater departments in Northern California.
- Performances of piano transcriptions of J.S. Bach’s “Brandenburg Concerto No. 3,” and Wolfgang Mozart’s overture to “The Marriage of Figaro.”
- Release of two EPs with Brutalody with a full length album soon to be released.
