Skills Qualification
What kind of teaching experience does the instructor have? How long have they been playing their instrument? Does the music teacher have experience performing? Can an instructor teach at a beginner, intermediate and advanced level?
Comprehensive Interview
We interview every applicant in person to ensure that our students get the best music instructors. Not only must our instructors demonstrate top musicianship, but they must also possess great communication skills, a passion for music and reliability. Each instructor must provide professional references, education and work history.
All Music By Ross teachers complete a full criminal background check. Your safety is our first concern, and you can trust that your lessons are being conducted by a competent, friendly and knowledgeable local music teacher!
